The Domaine is graced with not one but two castles. The newest, dating from the 19th century, offers fabulous views over the valley below and provides a breathtaking setting for an on site ceremony. The other castle, built in the 16th century, has been entirely restored.

Overview

The Domaine is graced with not one but two castles. The newest, dating from the 19th century, offers fabulous views over the valley below and provides a breathtaking setting for an on site ceremony. The other castle, built in the 16th century, has been entirely restored. The downstairs hall has now been converted into a magnificent restaurant. Guests can enjoy breakfast in this ambiance, with original beamed ceiling, magnificent terraces and fountains. The two castles with annexes form a closed inner courtyard: a fantastic setting from the Middle Ages. From the vistas, panoramic views and magnificent colours in every season, wherever you look, you acquire a lasting impression of the Domaine.

 

The renovation has preserved the original function of the buildings as much as possible. For example, you see the original stables, the forge, the carpentry workshop, the tobacco loft and so on. Next to the spacious apple orchard, various types of trees adorn the drive. They provide striking colour variation with every season. Those who venture deeper into the woods will enjoy total tranquillity.


You will find endless variation in the landscape in the grounds, magnificent views; and closed forest trails offer everything for the discriminating hiker. Up to 200 people can be accommodated on site over the Domaine’s 100 acre estate. Accommodation ranges from chateau suites to camping and there is something for everyone here.
